The newly appointed permanent secretaries were selected through a competitive process. They are assigned to key offices in the government:
- Bekearedebo Augusta Warrens – Political and Economic Affairs, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation
- Dr Kamil Ayinde Shoretire – Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment
- Mrs Nkiruka Bella Jones-Nebo – Career Management Office, Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation
- Mr Sani Yargaya Aminu – Special Services Office, Cabinet Affairs Office, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation
Didi Esther Walson-Jack highlighted the importance of professionalism and accountability in this reform effort. She stated that these qualities are essential for achieving developmental goals.
