ValueJet is set to commence direct flight operations between Lagos and Accra on March 30, 2026. The inaugural flight will depart from the new terminal at Murtala Muhammed International Airport in the morning, with return flights from Accra also scheduled for the morning.

Omololu Majekodunmi, a representative from ValueJet, stated, “We are thrilled to commence our regional service with the inaugural flight between Lagos and Accra slated for March 30, 2026.” He added, “This represents a significant step as we expand our network beyond Nigeria and across the African continent.”
The airline recently launched its first international service to Banjul, The Gambia, and is targeting additional regional destinations including Cotonou and Malabo. ValueJet aims to enhance connectivity between Nigeria and Ghana, fostering tourism, trade, and tighter economic and cultural ties.

ValueJet has also added CRJ-1000 aircraft to its fleet to support growing operations, indicating a commitment to meeting the increasing demand for air travel in the region.
