Eniolorunda remarked, “Not only could we not find people at the quality and the quantity we needed, the few people that we found were not up to the global standards that we need.” This reflects a broader trend affecting various sectors in Nigeria.

In an unrelated incident, Uchenna Akpa mistakenly transferred N1.67 million to a Moniepoint account on September 7, 2024. The transfer was reversed on April 13, 2026—19 months later—highlighting potential issues within financial systems as well.
